Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that utilizes a light touch to release tension within your body’s connective tissue network known as the fascia. By focusing on the placement of hands, Craniosacral Therapy aims to promote pain relief and relaxation. Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive technique that supports self-regulation and self-correction, emphasizing the interconnectedness of different parts of the body.

About Me

My name is Elise Foley

After previous health challenges myself, I aimed to adopt a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. I find joy in sharing my knowledge and expertise, hoping they can positively impact your life.

I received my craniosacral therapy certification from the Heartwood Institute. Currently I am working toward completing my certification for Healing Touch and will be certified in the fall. Additionally, I am in college for business management.

 

In my spare time I enjoy being active, creating art pieces, music, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
